Kevin is a Senior Vice President at Northview Capital and Winternitz Industrial Auctioneers & Appraisers. He has 35 plus years of equipment valuation experience in many industries, including metalworking, construction, transportation, plastics, woodworking, food and more. Kevin started his successful career at Michael Fox Auctioneers in Maryland setting up industrial auction sales; years later, he supervised auction setups and sales. For the past 20 years, he has been performing asset-based lending appraisals for industrial equipment.
As the leader of the valuation and appraisal team, Kevin is a highly respected source throughout the country for his knowledge on asset values. He is a member of the AMEA and MDNA, as well as a certified USPAP appraiser. Kevin lives in South Central Pennsylvania with his wife. He has three children; his oldest son being a law enforcement professional, his daughter who is the sports director/reporter/anchor at an NBC affiliate station and his youngest son who is studying criminal justice and hopes to follow his brother into law enforcement. In his downtime, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, professional, as well as his sons, who play baseball. He also enjoys doing projects around his house to “keep him busy”.
